Intro Itinerary

Our Introductory Course program is built on almost seven years of experience teaching thousands of non-swimmers and first-timers, ensuring a safe and effective learning journey.

 

Safety is our top priority, and quality training and education are the foundation of your personal safety.

 

INTRO COURSE STRUCTURE: 

The itinerary depends on the number of open water sessions. Typically:

  • Day 1: 8–10 AM theory, 11 AM–1 PM first open water session, followed by lunch and rest, 3–5 PM second session, snack, rest, then dinner at 7 PM.

  • Day 2: (for overnight intro students upgraded to 3 sessions) Breakfast at 7 AM, 9–11 AM third session, followed by lunch and check-out.

 

07:00H Please be at the meeting place or parking lot at SEANGLE BREATH PARKING 

You may have breakfast along SLEX at McDo before the Lipa Exit or at Jollibee Lipa (turn right after the Lipa Exit). You may exit via Lipa / Tambo Exit or Batangas Exit (at the end of STAR Tollway) 

 

07:30H Round-trip service boat from Seangle Breath parking to SB HQ. (Additional fees may apply for special boat trip requests)

08:00H Scienced-Based Freediving Theory (2 hours) 

Our informal, science-based dry session is not optional—it is the foundation of your entire freediving journey. Take the time to truly dive in: listen closely, reflect, and ask as many questions as you need. This session builds the knowledge, skills, and mindset that keep you safe and help you progress faster.

  • Physics (scientific theories applied in freediving)

  • Physiology of breath holding (hypercapnia vs hypoxia)

  • Breathing cycle (relaxation breathing, proper full breath, brealth holding and recovery breaths)

  • Equalization techniques (Frenzel intro)

  • Fundamentals of freediving (General knowledge of equipment, safety protocols, duck diving, and free immersion)  

 

During the theory session, freediving gear will be provided, and a WAIVER FORM is required to be signed

FIRST OPEN WATER SESSION

  • This is a 2-hour open water session. Prior to this, a light stretching exercise will be facilitated by one of the coaches.
  • During this period, your assigned coach will focus on developing your basic skills. Please remember to hydrate before and after each dive and rinse the gear after the session as proper care for the equipment you borrowed. All dives will be video recorded for educational purposes, and your coach will assist you in downloading the videos after the open water session.

 

SECOND OPEN WATER SESSION 

Disclaimer: This could either be Day 1 or Day 2, depending on the availed package.

  • Your coach’s goal is to polish your basic skills. Open water sessions take place two hours after your meal, so please be ready at least 30 minutes before the announced dive time. Stretching will always be conducted before the session. 

 

Your coach will document your dives for "The Gram" or any social media and guide your underwater movements so you look amazing on camera

 

ADDITIONAL ONE (1) OPEN WATER SESSION: 

Disclaimer: This could either be Day 1 or Day 2, depending on the availed package.

  • The standard schedule is 1 dive per day, but you can upgrade to additional open water sessions for P700 each, allowing you to maximize practice and progress faster.

  • Swimwear

  • Toiletries 

Must have: 

  • Any regular shoe socks
  • Download Go Pro App/DJI mimo/Insta 360
  • Any Valid ID for borrowed gear

  • Own meds if applicable. 
  • Body oil 
  • Reef Safe Sunblock
